From 2018 to October 2023, Bikas successfully ran his own kitchen, gaining firsthand experience in managing end-to-end food service operations while emphasizing hygiene, food safety, and quality. Building on this expertise, Online Meal Box transitioned into the corporate cafeteria management model, partnering with only the best vendors who align with our stringent Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This shift allows us to offer corporate clients an elevated dining experience through well-curated vendor partnerships.
